Take n pay Westcliff Chatsworth take away counter has arrogant staff and the service levels leave alot to be desired! I complained to the manager who helped me. The rude staff member (Sneh) was giving an explanation to the manager for her disrespect. Can you really justify your disrespectful attitude?!
Visited Value co Watercrest Mall on the 29th November for they black friday promotion. Stood in the queue since 10am when I got to the check out they simply gave me a 40% discount instead of 50% yet on they terms and conditions it states if you in the queue before 11am you get the 50% discount. False advertising!
Food : Average Service at the restaurant: Average Menu : overpriced and not enough options avail. Chimp and Zee @Mac Banana - after looking at the reviews I was expecting something amazing. It was absolutely boring and over priced for zip lines that are 5seconds at R195! An absolute waste of time and money Won't be visiting here again!
Received a gift from my brother for Christmas that he purchased on black friday from the polo online store. Due to being away on holiday, I was unable to return the item as it is a really big cut. Numerous emails sent to polo online to 1 vague response of "what is your order number." I fail to understand how such a popular and known brand offers such pathetic customer service?! It's a few days over the 30 days, I have the receipt and I don't need a refund, I just need an exchange for something that fits! Would never recommend anyone to purchase from them as the service levels leave a lot to be desired.
I went into Eldorado Spur in Hillcrest around 10am with my friends and family for a breakfast playdate. I generally felt that compared to other spur stores this was the best in terms of food, cleanliness and great service. Today I was proved completely wrong by an arrogant waitress INNOCENTIA (8) I strongly feel that there is alot to be desired from her disgusting service( giving the wrong orders out and then making us seem like we did the wrong thing / not apologizing when she completely forgot to bring one of the drinks for the kids / never bothered to ask if we needed anything to a point where we had to look for her if we needed anything/ she was also deliberately leaving added orders away from the person that ordered / whilst taking away the plates we were passing it over she took it in such an arrogant way/ not pleasant at all!! I called the manager nox and complained but I saw the waitresses reaction as I was still instore she was still arrogant and kept looking at us in this odd way.
Terrible service received from your sales lady from the jewelery department of your Mall of Africa Truworths branch on the 10/09/22 around 2:20pm. I am a frequent shopper at Truworths and shop regularly at your Watercrest mall Durban store, where customer service is always prompt and efficient. Mall of Africa Truworths your store service levels leave alot to be desired!
I purchased a minimax that gave me endless issues in a space of 2months, keeping in mind that it was hardly used!I then managed to exchange and took a multi vortex vacuum which i purchased in Feb .. in May as I used it, it switched off , switched on for about a minute then never came back on. I took it in to verimark Hillcrest they sent it in for an assessment and was "serviced". 2 weeks later and it does the same thing! I am extremely disappointed in the verimark brand as both the vacuums I purchased from them as been complete useless as I use my vacuum probably once a week and with in 3 months it gives me issues!I am now sitting with a multi vortex that i spent R1100 for that doesnt work and If i call in they will just say send it for an assessment & no refund can be given after 14 days ! Firstly that is not only time consuming but also pretty annoying for a product that claims to last well. They are clearly a brand that should not manufacture vacuums as the vacuums they manufacture are problematic!
Walked into your Watercrest mall Durban branch, just to browse with the intention of purchasing a reasonably priced valentines day gift for my partner. There were 2 ladies at the counter upon asking regarding a ring on sale, the 1 lady responded and I actually liked the look and the price was decent so I queried about the size. The second lady was asked by first (her name was something with an N .. Nonhlaha If I saw correctly) to assist me. She gave me the size so I queried regarding the vast majority of mens sizes and the lady( not sure of her name as she did not have a badge) gave me a blank look. She asked the other lady(nonhlaha) and She answered with so much of arrogance. I actually told her she is treating me as I can't afford to purchase and had alot of attitude. Her exceptional excuse was she couldn't hear because I had a mask on. She could of easily said she could not hear me and speak politely but she chose to be rude so I walked out! I did support that store before and always shop online, unfortunately I will be completely disregarding American swiss as I hate bad customer service! And lets consider theres so many people losing jobs during this time and to think this ladies attitude clearly shows she does not respect the brand she works for or giving off good service.
Absolutely Frustrated! I purchased a minimax vacuum demo from the verimark online site in October 2020. After a few uses probably less than 10 of vacuuming a small carpet the vacuum keeps switching off. I called the head office to be told to take it into a verimark store. I did just that the manager at Hillcrest Corner Durban was extremely helpful and efficient. She asked me if I wanted to exchange and I was happy to do so as I enjoy using the vacuum. Upon arriving home I assembled the vacuum to ensure its working, the dust cup clip was just slipping off so I called in the store to inform them as I never used it yet but the issued arised. Today I went back the manager changed the vacuum as she couldn't replace just the dust cup. She tested it in store and it seemed fine. I arrived home assembled it and tested it then this 1 has a horrid sound after a few minutes of being switched on. My query is why sell demo products of electric appliances that state are checked and quality control is submitted if clearly there's issues. Now to my dismay I'll have to wait for my vacuum to go in for quality control and I have no idea what the outcome will be. Bare in mind I'm highly pregnant and have to go back and forth also keeping in mind that this vacuum is 3 MONTHS OLD and barely used. I would really appreciate it if I get some feedback firstly because I only started trusting the Verimark brand last year after purchasing this product. I have also purchased 5 other products with you guys which Im honestly starting to regret incase I have the same issues regarding the guarantee. It would also be nice if you guys could provide me with an accurate turn around time as I could be expected anytime mid next month to go in for delivery of my baby and if the product lies in store I will suffer the consequences of losing time on my guarantee.
If a minus star rating was available I would have definitely put it! Visted the Atlanta Spur in Scottburgh on Sunday around 2pm. Firstly the 1.5m social distance is not being practiced, but due to my kids wanting to enjoy the play facility we decided to have lunch there. The waiter that served us was absolutely unfriendly ( I would understand if the restaurant was extremely busy which it was not)and took extremely long to hand stuff we required to us.The menu was old and tatty, the floors looked as if it never receives a good clean as dirt was clearly seen, sauce bottles on tables were sticky and to top it off a smoking section is available at the store. To my knowledge all restaurants are meant to remain smoke free. The cherry on the top is the room is not properly ventilated, it was reaking of tobacco smell and absolutely filthy! Upon receiving my food I requested a finger bowl which I received cold water no lemon as I would generally receive at other spurs. My onion rings tasted and looked re fried, my burger was slapped together in an untidy way, my hubbys onion rings were ice cold and my babys nuggets were so fried so golden it looked almost burnt to me. Even though we completed our meals and asked for the bill. On handing over the bill was probably the first smile we received from our waiter. We walked to the front and the manager received the payment, I did inform her of the appalling taste of food and service we received all she said was "sorry, we will try to improve". With no sort of remorse what so ever, probably she receives a lot of those negative comments therefore she's laid back about it. I am absolutely certain My family , friends & I will NEVER return to this restaurant. Its franchises like this that give Spur as a brand a bad name!
