TIDEE - NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICES ([email protected])
This company have a website and ads but don't respond . They advertise things like Air Fryer and accepts your order but don't follow through even though they take your money. When I eventually got a response from them they advised that the item was being shipped from China and that was the last I heard from them. Correspondence is non existent. There is no provision for follow up. Please assist urgently. Many thanks in advance.

FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION BY CAR "RENTAL"
Recently I booked a car through car flexi and they were quick to transact through my bank card but NEVER delivered the service! They passed my booking on to Bidvest who said that Carflexi had no right to do the transaction because they never checked my card properly. Both FNB and PayPal have always allowed purchases using my card and upon enquiry they agreed that my transactions were legal. As Bidvest refused my card was left High and Dry FOUR HUNDRED KM FROM MY FUNERAL DESTINATION!! Bidvest blamed CarFlexi for the inconvenience and said that I must receive a refund from CrFlexi because of errors in there systems. I took this up with CarFlexi and despite emails going backwards and forwads many times they refused to honour Bidvest's requests. This is yet another inconsideration from a so called service provider committing fraud! PEOPLE NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH CARFLEXI AS YOU WILL BE LEFT DISAPPOINTED AND OUT OF POCKET!!! THEY DON'T EVEN OFFER AN EMAIL ADDRESS!!!
