Good Day Iam querying about an email I just received stating im in arrears in my account , to my knowledge I am not owing any amount as I have no communication of any amount in arrears and the consultant is stating I was owing payment from October 2020 and it was debited February . my question is why was I not informed about the payments only to get an email with such an amount. please fix your error as I will only pay what is due to be paid end of November which is our agreed subscription amount .
After logging a claim and it went ongoing for 5months I get a car that is faulty and not working . I am fed up with calling and running around with you guys and having excuses , sent to pillar to post . I paid your access fee and still have a ****ed up car , what happened to putting your clients 1st? I want my car fixed and I do not recommend anyone to take insurance with you nor take their cars to @Scara Panel Beater ... I dont know how they got the RMI or SAMBRA approval
