If I could give less stars I would. Toys r us is terrible. I have been trying for days to get hold of them. They don't answer the phone they don't answer emails, they don't answer WhatsApp and they don't answer Instagram messages. They sent me the wrong order. Pathetic. I won't ever buy from them again.
Disgusting service, don't order from them. I place an order, and the game console doesn't work. Reported it, phoned and they refuse to help. Keep ignoring my messages and haven't organised collection or refund. They are the worst company to buy from. I wish I never bought from them.
Disgusting service, I ordered 2 tablets online and 1 was sent the tracking for only 1 and there is no communication regarding the tracking of the second one. Bradlows split the order and now they keep esclating my query but haven't sent the tracking for the second one. I keep phoning but they have no real answers. There service is absolutely horrible.
I bought teachers gifts from Charis jewelry and I was so impressed with the service I received. I received communication from Charis jewelry from when I placed the order, when it was shipped and even after I received my order to find out if I was happy with my order. I am absolutely delighted with my order and both the teachers that I gave the gifts too couldn't stop thanking me for the gifts. They were personlised gifts so it was super special. I buy alot online and you guys are awesome. I will definitely be buying again from Charis jewelry. Thank you very much for your awesome service, it's not easy to run an online shop but you guys do an amazing job. Thank you.

The worst bank to bank with, money was transferred with an immediate payment into my Nedbank account from ABSA, ABSA have sent me confirmation that everything went through to Nedbank and that Nedbank has not allocated my money, NOBODY at Nedbank can help me found the money that has basically been stolen from me. Maybe I should open a criminal charge against Nedbank. They keep blaming ABSA but the proof of the transfer is successful from ABSA. Nedbank found my money.

The most disgusting service I have ever had, I will NEVER buy from this company again. They took my money as a guest buyer and now say they can't find my payment and won't send my items. This is the worst company and I hope nobody buys from them.
I have always received the best service from this company, I always try to give credit where it is due and this company deserves the credit. Even with the load shedding, I got my order on time and my daughters love their bracelets. This is my go to store and I do mostly all my shopping online so I know how the process works.
