Bad Service: Failure to resolve a complaint
I have fitted my windscreen with DGC in October 2025 via my insurance. Few days after that I sent them an email indicating that the installation was not done properly and also to bring to their attention my dissatisfaction with their service. To this date my issue has not been resolved, and no one is making contact with me, unless I contact them myself. They promise to call me back which never happens.0 replies
