My experience with Rishad from DNS Air Conditioning / A1 Air Conditioning has been nothing short of shocking. I paid him for a job that he never did. He kept setting installation dates, then repeatedly no-showed, dodged messages, and eventually went completely silent. I’ve since heard from multiple people with the same story, which in my opinion says everything you need to know. Based on my experience, this feels like a total **** — avoid him at all costs.

I bought a gift card , I paid from a UK debt card, as I had just moved here last week , and the reason I bought it was to ease my mother in law. So the money goes off my account, I message sorbet on the day after because no gift card has been received. Nothing , I send another message on the Tuesday , 3 days after I’ve paid , I get nothing , I send another and I finally received a message from Tracy , telling me I needed proof of my payment, so I send a screen shot of the payment , not good enough.I then send a blanked out bank statement so as not to disclose all me information of my transactions or remaining balances ... not good enough .., so I just send the whole ****** thing with everything for show ... I then ask Tracy 4 times if the money being paid into there account was sufficient... 4 TIMES! Eventually I get told it’s with the technical department and they’ll let me know if MY PROOF , OF MY MONEY I HAVE PAID , is worthy of a blooming gift card!!!!!!! I paid on the sorbet site , I used the one time pins and security checks as everyone ? But my money is with them , and they won’t acknowledge it... so my money , the sentimental value of the card , and the time of our lives have past, we are now 10 days down the line ... and NOTHING ... I implore you and all my mates that I will pass this to, rather buy a bottle of wine , or a boutique hotel get away then the Russian roulette of knowing if your money will be acknowledged and the gift card will go to your desired person ...
My dealings with Quintin Barnard was excellent, the best service I've received over the phone, great , prompt, understanding of the conversation and an asset to Kingprice. Will be back plainly because of the service excellence.
