A sales agent by the name of Max came to my house selling Vodacom fibre's.I agreed to take the contract based on the lies he told me.He told me that I won't be charged for the router,the package comes with a pocket modem for free and i will be paying R399 a month. Later on after i have signed the contract the router was delivered with no modem as promised, when i contacted Vodacom they told me that the package does not include any modem and i will be paying R468 per month.I contacted the sales guy(Max) he still **** and said i would pay 399. The network have been really bad and some days i can't even connect, I did contact Vodacom and they promised to call me back but they didn't.Firstly I am not happy with the sales guy because he **** about the price and as per my budget i won't afford the 468 a month and secondly the network is really bad i cannot be paying for something i hardly use. I want this contract to be terminated immediately due to network and affordability. I still have proof of the conversation I had with the sales agent regarding all of this and even told him that i won't afford anything over 399 per month and he assured me that i will be paying 399,Now i have received a statement that shows that i will be paying R752,45 which i won't have and cannot afford.
Poor service,Rude and manipulative.You have to contact them for everything but they will never provide you with any correct information.False adverti*****t when it comes to their properties.Very very very bad in everything in won't even recommend it to anyone.Since i app**** and stayed there my life has been miserable.Unprofessional management team.This is hell.
I have order a combo of hair straightener and Wax stick but they only delivered the straighter with no Wax stick inside.This is not the first time this happens,Now i have to travel all the way from home to them to return my order where else i paid for the delivery.Not happy at all with their service.Why don't they check orders before delivering.
I have joined old mutual years back and thought they were able to deduct from my account since there was no communication sent regarding them not receiving their payments.I have 4 policies and now two have elapsed due to no payments.I went to their branch in Midrand to find out why and even showed them my bank statement which proves that they have been debiting and I was advised that i was scammed as the payments was not coming through to them.I am really disappointed as i was not even assisted and no one was willing to listen and understand my concerns.It is really sad that an amount of R250 was being debitted every month with a reference that showed old mutual but no one was willing to understand and help me.Not happy at all with Old mutual.All i wanted is for them to just investigate that debit order and reinstate my policies.And it really ****es me off that i haven't received any communication to alert that they are not receiving any payments from me then got an emails when my policies elapsed .I wasn't even aware that payments was not going through to them.
I went to be Branch in Boulders shopping centre last year July and requested them to reinstate my debit order for all my policies I have with old mutual. I have submitted all the required documents at the Branch. I just got an email saying one of my policies is going to be cancelled because a payment was not done since last year August. It is not really my fault that someone didn't do their job properly by reinstating my debit order and I am not going to be punished for anyone's incompetency. I have had this policy since 2015 and I have been making payments since then. Debit order was not reinstated for this policy and its not my fault, and I cannot have my policy cancelled due to their incompetency. Why did they reinstate a debit order for all other policies and left only this one?
I went to Ebony park primary school and spoke to the Class teacher (Mrs Shika) and she failed to assist me, instead she was rude and unprofessional. The issue is my son’s report indicates that he was doing excellent throughout the year however he was not nominated as one of the leaners who qualifies to get a certificate for the best performer or best consistent Leaner. I went to the school to ask the teacher why my son didn’t qualify and how he can improve to qualify for the certificate but I was advised that I am still young and she’s got a huge amount of number of leaner’s in class and can’t give all of them certificates. As I parent, I need to know why my son didn’t qualify for the certificate and I need to see the results that confirms that he didn’t qualify for the certificate because the report clearly confirms that he qualifies. The fact that I am a young Parent doesn’t block me to go to school when I have concerns regarding my son’s performance.
I have been a loyal customer with Cell c for five years.i have two contracts with cell c.I have never missed any of my payment.I have called the customer care end of February to changed my debit order date to the 25th of every month but the consultant only changed for one contract instead of two.No i am due for an upgrade but cant because my account is in arrears because of the returned debit order for one contract.I have called cell c several times to enquirer about as it not my fault that they couldn't get find into my account.I am totally not happy with cell c as i need a cellphone and i really need to upgrade.It was not my fault that they hired incompetent consultant and now i am the one who is affected and no one can help me out with my upgrade.I mean like really is it my fault that i called the customer care to change my debit order and the consultant didn't do as i requested and why should i be affected now.I believe that when we contact cell c customer care we should get a complete assistance that would not affect us in any way.This was a really a bad experience and i dont want anything to do with cell c anymore as this is the second time i get dissatisfaction with the service and nothing its been done.
The experience with C insurance have been really bad and the consultant have been unhelpful.Firstly i have to stay on the line for hours before i could get through and after i get told to call back tomorrow,this has been happening for two weeks.Am really disappointed with the service and am going to cancel all this after the claim.This was a very horrible experience.I have claimed for my lost phone three weeks ago and even now am still waiting for feedback.I sent all the required documents but well nothing have been done.Some consultant have been so rude and incompetent with me and no one want to take ownership and help me.I have always made sure i pay for the contract and insurance very well but all i get is a bad service.I really need a new phone and i cant keep on calling them everyday and getting the same feedback.One of the consultan asked me why i called at 5 Pm after i have stayed on the line for 2 hours and all i get is that question from her,after that she told me that the system is offline and theres nothing she can do. Am working for Vodacom but the service i got from Cell c was really bad,i should have stayed with Vodacom.Am really disappointed about the bad service and it really fustrate me as i need that phone for work purposes.
