Purchased a Product online, received it and withing 2 days it went faulty. The portal did not allow me to log a return, so I had to go via the call centre. a Supplier collected the product and since then not a single person have contacted me back regarding the refund. I have called 10+ times, escalated, been copied into emails between the supplier and leroy Merlin, talking about myself and the product, but I cannot communicate back to them. Now the supplier is twisting the facts and refusing refunds or replacements as they state the matter was NOT relating to faulty products, Leroy Merlin is not driving the process and still holding onto my money. The worst part is my product is with the suppliers, being mistreated and damaged further, but I have no say or control as the supplier refuses to speak to myself directly and blames Leroy Merlin head office. 2 Weeks without an item, without my money and nobody caring about this. LeRoy merlin Marketplace department is a **** and until this is rectified, I will advise eveyone to stay away as they are in the process of *****ing over R3000 from me.
150% recommended - Quest 2 just delivered to my door! I came across this site while looking for a new VR set and wasnt very sure due to a couple of concerns,but after calling them and having a chat, I decided to place a order. Contant feedback, no BS and delivery within 2 days after the item clearing SA customs. I also ordered Accesories for my Quest from them and cannot wait for that to arrive. Goodhope Tyres ... Shocked me? Berg vliet manager does not care and no customer service ! Quoted me incorrectly on tyres and then refused to honour the price, even after I offered to pay an additional 15%, bringing the tyre price from R1080 quoted , to R1350. On top of that, I offered to pay the balancing fee per tyre as well, but still not willing to assist. When the manager called to explain and I asked him to honour and accept the price i offered as a middle-ground, his tone of voice became very condescending, speaking down to me and eventually telling me that I have not even been at his store, so he is not going to. Working in retail, I am shocked that such poor service still draws business.
