Rosebank with their ******* service.
Rosebank is the worst college in the entire country. The experience I had with them was the worst from the time my sister started her degree until now. 1. Their registration system is ****. They don't have proper controls in place. 2. Students get results for semester 1 after they have even competed semester 2. You have to be taken from pillar to post to get your results. 3. The graduation ceremony is suppose to take place this month. To date the students haven't received their invitations. How do you expect parents to place for the ceremony. Rosebank is ran like a government institution. There is no accountability at all. I would not recommend it to anyone. Such a waste of time and money.

Awesome and professional service
After the horrible service I had with with the Gift Factory. I called Payfast as I paid with my credit card to them. I spoke to Linique (The sales representative) on Monday morning, she advised me that they will contact The Gift Factory and the turnaround time is two working days. Wednesday morning Linique contacted me to follow up if I received any correspondence from the Merchant and I said no, after lunch time I received an email from The Gift Factory that my order was finalised. I can confirm that I finally received my order and I got all the items I ordered. Thank you to Payfast and Linique for the professional and awesome service. You were God sent.

The Gift Factory is a scam
I place an order on the 21st of April and I when called in to confirm the order and delivery date for Monday the guy said it will be ready by Monday the 26th. He will call me on Friday to inform me when my order goes out to the courier guys. I have been calling them since the 23rd and no one is answering my calls nor responding to my emails. I had to go to my friend's birthday party without a gift. They are scammers. I never had this problem with Netflorist.
