Price = SERVICE 👎🏻
Great price, very bad service! The pricing is good for the quality of the Desks, but their service is terrible. They don't reply to emails, and they sent my order with a missing desk, not telling me, and then, after a few enquiries, I was made aware it's still in production. I then asked if I could order something else and would pay more if needed. 1 reply after 3 emails. And after another two, nothing.

SCAM: Advertised Relay guns, but delivered "zero" stock and no refund!
De Kock & Associates Private Investigators advertised Relay Pepper guns for sale and after we paid R15000 for the product we received no stock. So far De Kock & Associates Private Investigators have only returned R4000 to us and still no product and refused to pay us back. It has now been 3 months since the order was placed.

No Service. Useless.
Terrible dishonest company. We spend over R40 k a month and all we get is broken equipment, no service and promises not kept.
