Prudence has always been the best in what she does
Prudence has always been the best in what she does. Quick, professional and efficient. My claim was approved in just 2 days. Now that is excellent service. Her communication is informative and clear. Kudos to Prudence. I give 10/10

I had an incident which I was not sure if it will be covered
I had an incident which I was not sure if it will be covered. I called Miway and Judith was able to clearly outline what I am covered for. The claim was finalized within 24 hours. Awesome service from Judith. Keep on shining!!!! Give this lady a bells!!!

I would like to thank Prudence Komape for her effective work ethic. I've been struggling to get hold of Miway blink since Tuesday. I then remembered that she once assisted me with a claim and sent her an email. Within 10 minutes of sending her an email, I was contacted. Kudos to her

Horrible customer service
I called Netstar last year to request that my tracking contract be cancelled as I am selling the vehicle. The consultant said I need to send the cancelation in writing. I then sent it in writing in April, sent another in October, sent another email in January and I have not received any response. Instead I got a call from Nimble saying my account has been handed over to them. How? I have sent email to no avail. Worst service I've ever experienced. If Netstar is not able to sort this out I will taking this to the Ombudsman.
