Good day I called in on the 12/02/2026 to do the authorizations, they confirmed all is in order and even waived the co-payment. I see I owe: Dr Naicker R12 685.26 Dr Kushal R8 090.90 I asked her at the end is there anything I should be warned about, she mentioned one to two things like prosthetics and something else, but nothing about what I would need to pay to the hospital or the doctors which are not part of the Bonitas panel/scheme. There has to be an obligation from Bonitas to make clients aware of co-payments, or other possible payments which they do not cover, especially on a recorded line where I clearly asked her if there is anything I should be warned about. Where will I find R20 776.16 to pay the above 2 mentioned parties when nothing was disclosed to me which should have clearly been disclosed to me. I also spoke to Mohammed (BONITAS) from Client services JHB, and he confirmed that it should’ve been confirmed on the recorded line as well as on email, I was not advised that the Doctors and hospital are not part of the Bonitas Medical scheme panel and charges over and above the scheme rate when I called in to do authorisations. I do think this case if worthy of being taken to the ombud if no resolution is found. Please pull the recording to confirm if this was discussed on the call recording. I spoke to a lady by the name of Shinaaz in CPT, I asked her to log a complaint for me regarding a query, 2 weeks later, no feedback. I got a call from a lady named Bronwyn if I’m correct, I think she was in management, she tried to explain the document sent as well, however I disputed based on the facts noted above. She said she’ll call me back, 2 weeks later no feedback. Can you please get your stuff in order, either pay or reject, so I can take this request to the OMBUD as I strongly feel this was negligence on your advisor side! Ordered a bottle warmer for my newborn coming. The item came and the lid of the bottle warmer was cracked, therefore it would not contain the head. I logged a return to replace the item. The driver came on the 12th July. To date I have not received feedback. The status says the product is still waiting to be confirmed for eligibility. It’s been 8 days. No item returned or money refunded This is the worst service!!!

My bed has sunken in the centre, stitches are coming. I went to the to store I bought it from to complain, as I don’t want the same bed and would like to upgrade the current bed instead of them repairing the current one. Complaint number is: FM-SLEE-20221024-7556 From October I’ve had no feedback. Head office says it’s the store, the store says it’s head office. Now I’m being told head office is closed till Jan. I must suffer with my strained back till Jan from October? I’d rather recommend The Bed Shop. Best service received from them.

I took out a LTE sim only deal for R199 consisting of 30GB night time and 30GB daytime data. The first month I used 20gb and I was told I used 30GB. The following month I put my data counter on and at 10gb usage I received a sms stating I had 10gb left. Which means I only received 20GB in total. After speaking to the call centre I asked for a detailed data usuals report to prove I used 30GB. I could not find any. Mweb is a ripoff and I had to cancel. PLEASE DON’T SIGM UP WITH MWEB. TO GOOD TO BE TRUE DEALS, USUALLY ARE.
Bought the Shox Sentinel drone today. Money well wasted. What’s the purpose of having a drone that cannot stand still? When the drone “allows you to hover with pin point accuracy” according to the manual. This drone moves to the left more than anything. R1200 gone. I wouldn’t advise anybody to buy this drone, there’s drones for half the price with twice the features. I wish I could return it to buy me something cheaper that actually works as a drone.
Today I was expecting a delivery from Takealot and I’m advised your driver was delivering it. He was super rude, dropped the call in my ear and told me he got food to pick up. Takealot advised me that he did not read his notes for the correct address and your delivery guy wants to speak to me like his doing me a favor? This is ****. I asked him for his name and he told me he won’t tell me his name. What non sense is this? His cell number which he called me on is +27 (83) 558-0115 Please get this guy fired cause I can imagine how many people are getting treated by this guy as if his doing customers a favor for free. Good day, I placed a order on Tuesday for a Tv and 2 more items. The expected delivery date was the 14th Oct. Yesterday I got a sms notifying me about the date being moved to the 4th Oct (Today). The original address was for my work address because the 14th was a weekday. Now that the date changed and I’m not at work. I need the address to changed as well, because I cannot go to my work address obviously. I spoke to a lady by the name of Nozipho on 0873628000 and she advised she will call head office and request a changed of address and will call me back. She did call me back and advise that it will be fine and they will deliver it to my home on the 4th. Today is the 4th and a delivery guy calls me with this number (+27 (83) 558-0115) and tells me his at my work address? Then he tells me he was not notified? The he cuts the call in my ear? So I call him back asking for his name and he tells me he won’t tell me his name even though he has my goods? Then he tells me he got food to pick up so his leaving? This is the worst service ever and I purchase incentives from my company work R10k every month and that will stop today!!!
