Stay away!!!!
I hope people read this before they order from Veldskoen. Worst experience in a long time. They take your money immediately, but then they do not have stock. Drove to their offices to give the shoes back, as there is no other way to communicate with them. And that was a challenge as well. Terrible support and the people just don't care at all!

I placed an order with DHL to have a package collected and delivered to me. They refused to take the parcel because it was not wrapped properly. They explained to me that it had to be bubble wrapped and in an envelope. That was exactly what I did. This is now the second day they refuse to collect parcel due to packaging. i don't know what to do anymore and all they do is PUT ME ON HOLD!!! Please DHL collect and deliver my parcel.
