Terrible service and quality
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Ill let the pictures speak for the quality of work done. Even after a legal threat he has not come after the last incident on the 5th last week Thursday stating he will come Friday the 6th , now the 12th and nothing. Public warning - bad company I recommend avoiding this company completely. I apologize for posting this , but need to warn any possible victims. I had new garage doors installed by Loffie from LL Electrical and Maintenance Services. middle last year. He has come to site 4 times to fix the mess-up of the installation and still not fixed half a year later. The 1 door has jumped out the rails with massive force 3 times, my wife works from home and goes out to get fresh air and holds the baby going out the garage, this could have caused massive injury to both my wife and baby, the shelf above her has saved her and the baby all 3 times. Ive asked Loffie countless times to sort this out properly and each time he says he will but weeks later nothing happens and don't hear from him. My wife has missed baby appointments not been able to get out the garage , the 1 door , the doors could have crippled if not killed my baby and injured my wife , damaged our cars and given us endless hassles. Ill let the pictures speak for the quality of work done. We are renting another persons garage to avoid the inconvenience and possible injuries , and the door does not work at all now , the pictures will show everything

DHL and empty promises
I ordered a package from china with a delivery ETA of 2 to 5 days. It was collected on Wednesday 22 in china and shipped with the express option. The unit landed and entered clearance customs of DHL Thursday the 23rd. Ive called twice daily since then and the people on the phone have been very unhelpful. for the first half of the week i was told this will clear on by Wednesday. I called today ( 30th) and the first lady told me it was out for deliver at 13H15 but had issues with the delivery address after I had filled in forms for correction of the delivery address that was captured incorrectly, then i advised i done the form so forth on tuesday, then asked if had been processed through customs, they then put me through to customs and said is has not been process for physical examination... how hard is it top open a box and see that it is a radio??? I was then told that if all goes well this will be examined only on Friday and and delivered by Monday. This is terrible service for having paid R3500 almost for the express shipping for a box little bit bigger then a shoe box.. Deadlines were missed on my side for this, was given empty promises from DHL< and further worst phone consultants i have ever dealt with as they don't care much for what to tell them. Highly don't recommend DHL in future business...
