I would like to bring to your attention my disappointment with the level of service I have recently experienced. During the sales process, it was communicated that my system would be actively monitored, and that your team would proactively identify any issues and arrange for remediation where necessary. However, based on my recent experience, I am concerned that this aspect of your service delivery is not being upheld. Your maintenance team attended to my system last week Monday. Over the weekend, I noticed a significant and unusual increase in my electricity usage, which prompted me to investigate further. Upon checking the app yesterday, I discovered that there had been no power generated from the solar panels since the afternoon of the maintenance visit. I subsequently contacted your technical team and was advised to switch the system back on. My concern is that, had the system been properly monitored as indicated, your team should have identified the issue and notified me proactively. This oversight has resulted in a substantial and unnecessary increase in my electricity costs over the past week, caused by what appears to be an error following the maintenance performed by your team. I would appreciate clarity on the following: How you intend to address and compensate for the additional costs incurred due to this issue What measures will be put in place to ensure this does not happen again in the future How your monitoring process will be improved to prevent similar occurrences I trust that this matter will be treated with urgency, and I look forward to your response.

Cade`s 3 years at Cresca has been nothing but heaven to me as a single mother. Where I use to be tensed throughout the day worrying about my child at school Cresca has showed me that there are schools and especially teachers out there that has my son Cade`s wellbeing at heart and he is not just a source of income. He has grown and developed so much and his little personality has definitely been elevated and shines brightly. Cade`s self esteem has been elevated so much and that I know is all thanks to the positive reinforcement Lois and Rochelle deals with the kids. The amount of money I saved with extra mural activities and knowing that programs like monkeynastics and musicbox/music and movement is part of the normal curriculum all children are enjoying it and no one is left behind because of fees. I could not have imagined a better school for Cade to be at with more loving teachers that is as focussed on his development as I am. Thank you yet again Lois and Rochelle. PS. My son has been at 3 different daycare`s before Cresca and this is the only daycare I can say that has not asked me for a single thing since the day he was enrolled besides the normal school fees (no need for stationary, quarterly toiletries or money for holiday programs) With Cade being in Grade 1 already and finished off at Cresca the principal still takes so much interest in his wellbeing and performance in school.
