The worst service I have received at Clicks mall of Africa. I went to collect my parcel from Pargo. They gave my parcel to someone else.I waited for about 30 minutes while they were looking for it, what made me angry was when Tidimalo Sekgokolo who was sitting down doing nothing asking her colleague Lindiwe Selepe to assist look for it and Lindiwe made a remark that she won't assist because she is not being paid well. That was annoying considering the fact that I waited for too long. She might have been joking as she ended up assisting but you don't say such things infront of a customer that is being inconvenienced Please improve your customer service
Telkom is a ****, I changed my banking details in April and informed all my creditors and when I have to change with them I have been transferred from one department to another with no help. I ended up paying via EFT since May for 3 months I have been paying via EFT and on the 23rd July they suspended my account that I owe R 759, My monthly payment is R 159. They claims that the R759 is for the debit order returns, which I struggled to get help on changing them. Their emails and sms'es are system automated and I couldn't reply to inform them I have changed the banking details. They mention that when I pay via EFT I was supposed to pay 10 days prior the debit order , but that information was never communicated with me. I am escalating the query to ICASA because I am not paying R 759 of something that was out of my control. I paid my account in full and I do not owe them anyhting but my phone is now suspended
Nedbank is trash...Their Money App is useless. You cannot login when you don't have data, then when you have data you cannot make any transfers because the App wants selfies which cannot be authenticated as the app doesn't recognize you. The consultants are useless one told me to uninstall the entire App and I did only to find that I will be kicked out completely. My kids were stranded in the middle of nowhere waiting for money to be transferred so that they can go home but I couldn't transfer the money. It is not a bank to use if you ever experience emergencies where you will need to send money immediately. So now I must go to the branch for them to open my App
The guy called Joseph is a **** and never deliver his promises. I asked him to do major service on my car and he did half job and said he will finish it tomorrow only to get a message the following day charging me more money because he said the job is too much.I asked for a quotation prior the work and he said the job will only take an hour, he keeps adding money with lots of excuses just so he cannot do the full job. Run away from this ****mer as he doesn't do what he promises to do
I am so disgusted by Edgar specifically mall of Africa branch. I bought shoes in July because I had forgotten my formal shoes and had a meeting with my client. I wore them twice, the day of the meeting and 2 weeks ago when they broke the heel. So literally I wore them once as the 2nd time they got broken I took them to the shop where they requested the receipt and I don't have it, luckily I have the bank statement with the transaction details. The Store manager by the name of Koketso have the worst attitude I have ever seen in my entire existence and told me the shoes have 3 months guarantee or else there's nothing he can do. How should one smell that the shoes are gonna break and wear them for the 3 months in order to meet the terms and conditions. I bought the shoes for R300 only to wear them once. I am beyond disgusted with Edgars and have trusted them with their quality but I have learned my lesson and will make sure I spread the word to everyone to be aware of how they treat their customers.
Goldwagen Fourways is the worst. They take forever to answer the calls, when they do they put you on hold for long. Then they lie that they have the parts and when you get there they tell you they don't have the parts. I ubered there for nothing and the Indian guy is soo slow like he doesn't want to work. I wasted my time and my money for nothing
I was stuck at home due to my battery dead. I called battery clinic Roodepoort to ask if they do call outs. Michael who was super friendly came to my rescue. He gave me better deals specifically because I had used their battery and they gave me a discount as they are taking the old one. He was amazing explaining everything I need to know and even helped me clean the the space where it would be fitted as my bonnet was dirty. I am super happy of how some people do their job with passion. Michael you are the best and will recommend this business to anyone just because of how great you were.
For 1 occasions they did not deliver what we asked for. I ordered 2 separate orders 5 meals each with Nomsa. They phoned us in the last minute that they don't have salad and wedges which we replaced with chips and they still deliver short order.We phone countless times and Luvuyo picked up and promised to call the store and get back to us and never did. I phoned and they eventually picked up explained my query and they transferred to the manager who was so rude telling me that they explained they don't have wedges for the peri-tato. She then said okay we will deliver. The food are cold already when they are delivered and now we must wait another hour for them to deliver the last item. So unprofessional and don't care about their customers. I will never order from them again
The worst agents I have ever come across. Both agencies have been unable to resolve an issue of one tenant that we have been reporting for 8 months for noise. I live in a complex Rothchild manor in Roodepoort, worst complex ever. There is no order at all noise pollution is the worst nightmare. We do not sleep a wink on weekend. I have been reporting this since November 2021 started with the Care take, securities, Portfolio manager Austen Gibbs and Brownwyn Ingram but nothing is happening except we will speak t them. All they know is to send Nicole Meyer their admin to remind us to pay for their services which they do not render and sending letters of demand if you don't pay yet they cannot resolve one simple issue with one unit. I will not recommend this to anyone who wants peace of mind in complexes because they don't know what they are doing or they just don't care because they live in peaceful environment where they sleep
Standard bank debited me for the bond protection after I have cancelled the insurance and filled the cession forms with my personal policy. They send me letter to approve and confirm the insurance is cancelled, however they still debited. I went to the brand at Westgate mall and was put through a phone to home loan department and Mpho confirmed everything and gave me a ref number that I will get my refund on Wednesday 08/12/2021.I got an Sms that the query has been resolved but with no funds im my account. Today I phone and this unfriendly lady who talk like she doesn't want to talk I think her name is Katleho or something she is telling me a different story that my refund will take about 15 days to be in my account. I need to use the money and now I must wait for 15 days for something that was not my fault that you debited. That is so unfair because now I must make plans to get the money somewhere meanwhile Standard bank is still delaying my refund
