Filthy apartment
Booked island Club Apartment on Booking.com thinking i was booking Island club hotel. The apartment was dirty with ****roaches crawling all over the place. Kitchen, Bedroom and shower area. be careful to make sure that you book Island Club hotel and not Island club Apartment when you are on booking.com

Horrible stay at Nine Palms
Do not stay here. I booked the apartment in 25th March 2026 (Apartment 101) and I experienced a number of issues: 1) the Nigerian guy that rents out the place (bwele jemima kilundu) goes by the name Chris. he was not help when I had issues at the place. 2) There is terrible and pungent smell in the apartment that leave the throat dry. 3) Place is full of nigerians and **********s. While in the flat a ********** knocked on the door soliciting and asking that I open the door for her and i refused. Told the guy leasing the place and he did not assist . I was trapped inside with a ********** knocking on my door. later when i spoke to security, they said it common occurrence. I left an booked myself a place at a hotel in town as i could not sleep there.

ELECTOR Power Station
Electstor trading as Apexint is worrible. I bought an ELECTOR 499WH Portable Power Station during the height of loadshedding . Just over two year later the thing won't switch on. Reached out the company requesting technical assistance and i was sent from pillar to post. At the end ,Final word from them was that they will not help with technical assistance. They say " its not economically wise to assist". This means that only way to get working power station is to Buy another one from them. NEVER!!!. It would be wise for anyone to stay away from their products.

Fraudster construction company
Mondit Project owner Progress moyo was contracted for construction of my home & garage. He requested an upfront payment of 50% of the fee to acquire materials which i gave him as this is nornal in construction. He disappeared with my money. he has moved from his business address in revalea (JHB) and his phone goes unanswered. He is from Zimbambwe and a criminal. the police can not track him as he an illegal immigrant.
