I logged a call for my friedge to be repaired almost a month ago. I had to make follow up yesterday on the status of the repair and was informed a technician will be dispatched today. It’s COB now and no technician has been dispatched even though I spent the whole day waiting without any updates from the company. This level of service is unacceptable as this is the second time I’m dealing with a similar issue. Clearly Mastercare does not take its clients seriously.
It’s more than two weeks now since I logged a call for a repair on my washing machine and the company is not willing to assist me at all. All they do is make promises they can’t keep. Their communication is the worst. I have to make constant follow ups myself or else they’ll just keep quiet. When I request to terminate the contract they tell me it’s not possible even though my issue remains unresolved without any proper feedback from them.
I had car insurance with Iwyze but after cancelling my policy they continued to debit my account even though I had given them ample time to make a cancellation. After trying to request for a full refund, my emails were ignored and my funds were never returned.
I had the best time of my life with Kgomotso, my coordinator going the extra mile and exceeding all my expectations.
So I ordered the four burgers and 2 medium chips at Steers (R139.90). After about an hour or so the order arrives but it only has burgers and no chips. As I call the restaurant to let them know that there are no chips, I also realise that the burgers are the wrong flavours as I ordered two beef and two chicken. I then call to notify them, they apologise and say they will bring the chips and two replacement beef burgers in about 30 minutes. Hours pass with no sign of the delivery, at about 20h00 I call again and the lady who attended to me put me on hold for about five minutes until I decided to drop the call. Eventually the chips and burgers arrive, but it is now time for me to sleep, when will I get time to enjoy the food, especially after the trouble I went through calling the restaurant...
