DearSir/Madam,This is my complaint from Rage Nelspruit I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made at your store. On 08/09/2023, I bought a pair of shoes for my wife from your store located at Rage Bester brown Nelspruit . Unfortunately, we have encountered a significant issue with the shoes, and I am disappointed by your store's refusal to accept their return within the designated return window. To provide you with a clear understanding of the situation, I would like to outline the details of the problem. We not happy about the quality of the shoes, the shoes were only worn one day but it seems like it’s been few weeks we are not happy about the quality all I’m asking is a exchange or a refund, and I am very disappointed about the consultant who was assisting my wife she was very rude absolutely rude as I’m writing this message to you be advised that I’m escalating this issue to Hello Peter with the poor service I’ve received from you guys ,I am aware that your store has a return policy, which clearly states that customers are allowed to return products within a specified period of time for a refund or exchange. As per our purchase, I am well within the return window, and I have provided all the necessary documentation, including the original receipt, for the return process. I initially approached your store several times but no help to request a return and explain the issue I encountered with the shoes. However, I was disappointed to receive a response from your representative, stating that the store is unwilling to accept the return due to the reason I provided. I believe this refusal contradicts your stated return policy and is an unfair treatment of a loyal customer. Enclosed with this letter, you will find photographs or any other supporting evidence clearly depicting the issue with the shoes. I kindly request that you review this evidence carefully to understand the validity of my complaint. I am confident that it demonstrates a clear defect that warrants a return and remedy. Considering the circumstances, I kindly request the following resolutions: 1. Accept the return of the defective shoes and provide a full refund according to your store's return policy. 2. Alternatively, offer an exchange for a replacement pair of shoes of equal value and quality. Hi There I’m here to log a complaint Regarding a bad service I’ve received from Bathu, Earlier in December I bought a pair of sneakers apparently they delivered a wrong size, I wrote them an email several times they told me if the parcel is delivered unfortunately they will not pick it up the cops must be on me of which I understand they’ve sent me a quote that I need to pay so that they will send a courier company to come and pick it up, but still nothing, if I’m not mistaken Last week or a week before Last I wrote them an Email but no one bother to reply back to me and yet they are still deducting money for the item I didn’t even wore it one That’s not a way to run a Business at all
Hi I would like to remain anonymous cause I’m afraid my job will be at risk but I want you guys to have a look on the nelspruit branch especially the one that is managed by Rohan Dupreez the Nelspruit branch and canary walk the staff the are not happy about how he runs the business there, the staff is earning peanuts there there’s no increase nothing I will speak for myself if I remember correctly my last get my increase I think it was 2017 so just imagine how can you cope like this if the cost of living is too high, groceries is too expensive now but we are still sitting with a salary for 2017 you thing the staff will be happy with this treatment his giving us. I remover the was this time we asked for increments to our suprise the feedback we got from him was he is receiving many CV’s every day so if we are not happy about what he is offering to us the doer is open we are really in crisis here something must be done,we are loosing good employees because of that I’m not promoting any theft but if you treat your staff happy I doubt they will do something stupid, like recently we lost two two good employees I don’t know what happened but I feel bad because of their poor management, I would make a simple example I know cashcrusaders is a franchise but how come when we work public holiday’s we only get paid R80 meanwhile the other branches are getting R150 for public holidays , how can you work for the company for so long but when get dismissed you only getting R2500 that’s the information I’ve I don’t know if this is conclusive, I know by saying this he will be crossed from all of us but something must be done Thank you
The service in canary walk nelspruit is very bad you need to wait for an hour before you can receive ur order this is totally unacceptable
