Great Customer Experience
Great Customer Experience, kept me updated on whatsapp and email all the way and helped when wanted to make modifications to my package. Would Recommend 100% and the food is also really nice as well

Internet on my Rain LTE has been out for days
I have logged 3 Tickets and 2 calls and my internet still hasn't been restored some follow-ups have not been answered for days. I get told ill be called back but it never happens.
