This is the worst company anyone could trust to get a package delivered. Who doesnt know where Sandton City is? You call the call center and they keep saying it will be delivered tomorrow but nothing. They lie and say they made a delivery attempt yet nobody comes to deliver at all. My office opens at 7:30am and closes everyday at 6pm. They are so useless that nobody k ows whats happening there.
Can someone please get back to ASAP. Ive left comments on FB, called and even scanned the QR code many times but still no help. The router is constantly saying NO Connection. Quick to debit but cant provide a quality service. As soon as the debit order went through, the router stopped working. Ive restarted, moved the router and tried everything and still nothing. How many more calls do i have to make? How much longer should I wait for assistance? Customer service does not exist at Rain. Do yourself a favour and dont ever use Rain.
Great company, friendly service. My ticket was still showing as not paid but that was quickly sorted out.
The agent called me back at 10pm which was my preferred time and also gave me a bit of a discount on my premiums.
I was in an accident and my car was written off. Before the insurance even finalized there claim and settled,I contacted the guys at Autonische in durban. I was approved very quickly which was amazing. A few weeks later, I collected the car and its been an amazing experience. From start to end and beyond, the experience was anything you could imagine and more. Zunaid and the guys at the dealership showed professionalism that Ive never seen or heard of. Thanks guys at Autonische. I will definitely be returning and i highly recommend anyone looking for very good cars to go there. They were honest and do not lie at all.

If your consultants are working from home, get them better connection. I can clearly hear them and whoever is in the back ground talking but they keep saying my line is bad and they never call back. Theres nothing wrong with my line. Its working perfectly. They just a bunch of lazy assholes who refuse to help. I just need the damn balance on my loan account. This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time this is happening. Get your act together FNB Loans department
Dear FNB(Thiefs) Please note that you are caught stealing money from people. My account last year was R17721,43. Today its on R19118,09 as confirmed with your agent who also advised me that for the last 10 months the interest was never more then R4 per month.... How the hell did another R1396.66 get added to the account? I know i didnt make payment on the account since last June but the reason is that I was umemployed. I got retrenched from work and i had insurance which paid for 6 months, then when i submitted the claim again for another 6 months as I was still not working (covid lockdown, hard to get work situation), they came back to me and said it was a voluntary retrenchment. WHY WOULD I LEAVE MY WORK TO SUFFER AND GO HUNGRY. Think about that!! Anyway, I wrote too many complaints and got nothing back and your workers are just to damn lazy sitting at home, not working like they supposed to becuase they are unsupervised. The service we customers recieve is **** as usual. I bet this conplaint will just go nowhere like the last few. Dont know why i bother but maybe it will help another person reading this. STAY AWAY FROM FNB. They more corrupt then the ones high high up eish.
Ive been struggling to remove a alert now for over 2 months and every store in Lenasia and Sandton keeps telling me that they cannot assist, and I should contact the call center to get it done. When you call in, they tell you to email and then NOBODY gets back to you. My bill is now more expensive as the contract is out of term (past the 24-month Period). The service I am getting is pathetic. As soon as all my contracts are at the end of the term, I will be cancelling!! If this is the service your customers are receiving, I don't want to be associated with this brand any longer. P.S: Telkom gives me way better service and charge way less for WAY MORE than you can offer.
After two NEGATIVE reviews on hellopeter from me, STILL NO RESPONSE!! If this bank blacklists me for non-payment, I will definitely be taking this further as EVERYBODY reading this review can see, I AM THE ONE TRYING TO CONTACT THE BANK AND SORT THIS OUT AND ACTUALLY CLEAR MY NAME but FNB just doesn't get back to me. Wow... What a bank, Idiots !!!
