Viewed a car online . Vw golf7 tsi . The advert stipulates full service history partial franchise ...when asked salesman musa to provide proof of full service history - there was a service missing . He then advised me that the sales manager Wayne is aware of the service break . I did not receive a phone call from the manager regarding this matter as I was in the process of purchasing the vehicle . False advertising is what it is !! No apology no phone call ... I asked for a diagnostics test to be done on the vehicle however have not received it but instead a point check report which serves no purpose as it is not a diagnostic test . Then I get call from the sales person to notify that the cambelt needs to be changed and was not picked up on previous service . Terrible service !!
