No delivery for paid goods

I placed an order for business cards and paid in full in October 2016. There was a balance of 1500 cards that were to be edited and printed by Jetline Fox. I communicated with the designer since last year who subsequently left the employ of the business. In July 2017 I proceeded to engage the manager regarding the matter and he was more than willing to sort out my problem. I then emailed the artwork for the business cards for them to start the work and print since i had long paid for the service. Each time i emailed the store, i got no response, when i followed up with a telephone call i would be sent from pillar to post, 1st that the email has not been received, then the font for the cards was not emailed, the emails have been going to the main address which is very busy and should have been sent directly to the designer. When I sent my business partner to the store they still gave her excuses for not printing the cards. Eventually the designer confirmed that he received the fonts and would start on the cards and email the final artwork for confirmation which never happened. Three months down the line the store has not contacted me let alone apologized for the delay. If i ask about a refund i dont get a direct answer. I am frustrated as I am also running a business and my clients are affected by this which inturn affect my reputation. In a months time it will be a year since i paid for a service that has not been rendered.
