Don't make a mistake to accept any vouchers from this people, platinum send me a voucher for 10 year membership and said I can byuy something with the Hobby group voucher. Big big No No. They called me everyday, wanna sell stuff to me, I've explained several time that Im not interested, but they still go on, everyday. The called me from kan line, cellphone numbers etc. I'm so fed up for them. 🤑🤑🤑Don't give them one chance to tell you a story, they just want sales. Good day I've bought a waterproof protector for my new bed. They sent me 2x times a non waterproof protector. The product isn't default or damaged, you send me a product that is not waterproof. I've bought a new bed and the guarantee said I must have a waterproof protector. And it's defnitley not waterproof. You send the wrong product, so how can I say ive change my mind it's Takelot,S fault not mine. What must I do with a protector that doesn't protect my matres. This will be the last time that I've bought from takelot, if it is the way you treat your customers.. The protector is anyway very big for a queensize bed also. I'll defnitley put this on social media. I've struggle with a card machine for more than a month now, they didn't come back to me. I've sent emails, WASAPS, fb messengers, I've called in several times. Just to struggle further. VERY GOOD SERVICE IF THEY XAN SELL A MACHINE TO ME, BUT NOW AFTER SERVICE AT ALL. THE MACHINE DOESN'T WANT TO UPDATE, IT DOESN'T WANT TO CONNECT THROUGH WIFI THROUGH MY PHONE. THE CARD MACHINE IS TERRIBLE AND COST ME A LOT OF CLIENTS.
Good day I've ordered an modem on My vodacom contract and I've struggle since January. THIS IS A NEW MODEM. NOW I'VE TOOK IT TO VODACOM SHOP IN WOLMARANSTAD AND THAT inDIAN MAN CALLED SABER SAID ITS THE MODEM that's faulty. I've really struggle with it since the beginning. Last time I've called in to customer care they said I must took it to a vodacom shop near to me. This is the Second time that im driving to wolmaranstad with that modem. It's already 120km and stil struggling. Can you please assist me with this? If I don't get help I'll report this to Hello Peter, cause it's since January, and the vodacom shop said vodacom online must help me cause I bought it from you online. I'VE DID EVERY THEY SAID AND STILL THERE'S NO SIGNAL. I'M GONNA STOP MY DEBIT ORDER AT THE BANK.
I've upgrade my contract at Mtn Bothaville and my very dissapointed. I've ask for a screenprotector for the new phone and my old phone, the salesperson suggest the new gel protector. I'VE PAID 598.00 with my bank card. The salesperson Adriana Willis mention of I see a mark it is like windbubbles but it will be away the next day. There's a big mark on my brand new p30 lite. A scratch or a dirt mark I can't see what. I've called her the next morning because I start using my phone, she said it's not her fault I've told her it wasn't me either. I'M ****ED OF EVERY TIME I LOOK AT MY PHONE. Now I have to drive 120km again so this can be fixed, who's gonna pay for my diesel. And secondly, she underestimate my intelegence. I'm not ****** stupid. I want this screen fixed or I will cancel this contract. I have photos of my phone as well as the time I've called her Saturday morning.
This people called me and the operate lies about the policy, he told me it will be only R52 pm and now they send me a bill vfrom Wesbank R360 more on my instalment. I wanna cancel it on the phone but now I must fill In a cancelation letter with my ID and address attached. They don't need that stuff in the first place. The saddest is that Wesbank gave our perdenol info to that people. I'm very disappointed.
Ive went to pepstores to buy a cellphone. My ID is gone do I gave them my drivers lisence. They said I must have an ID because the policy of pep said they need my ID. I must make 3 calls to get a copy of my ID, because they refuse to help me. I also have to drive to make a copy from the email box cause they said they don't have a fax or an email adress. So I just wanna know in today's time with no bussiness, can pepstores defuse to help me. Or they really don't want business. I've got an copy at last but they gave it back to me. Aren't they suppose to keep it, if they are so strong on their policies.
