Linah from OUTsurance is wonderful!
My car was in an accident and taken to Precision Repairs, and when I didn't get the car back (I still don't have the car back) I thought it was the fault of OUTsurance, as they use used parts, which yakes a long time to order. Linah from OUTsurance has since contacted me and jas really tried her best to help me get the car back faster, and I give her full marks for her proffesional demeaner and following up. I just wish OUTsurance would use better suppliers1 reply

Outsurance dictate that used parts be used on your car
My car has been at the Precision Repair Centre for over a month now. Their service is not up to standard and I paid them a visit today. They showed me a form where you are specifying second hand parts and alternative parts should be used. I don't think your customers know about it, so I will post the proof on Hellopeter, so that they know you are not truthful with them.2 replies

Outsurance should not send customers to Precision Repair Centre
They never answer their calls. If you do manage to get through, service department refuses to answer. They then tell you that they will call back, but they don't. My car has been there for over a month and it is still in the assembly line. I would like to know what is going on.0 replies

First Car Rental is a Nightmare
Their service was deplorable. I spent more than an hour at their offices to check out a rental car, and I couldn't pay because their systems were slow. It is the absolute last place I would ever choose to hire a care again.0 replies

Pappas is a wonderful gem hidden in Sandton
We took our 15 year old daughter on a trip on the Gautrain to Sandton and had lunch at Pappas. The staff were great and very efficient. The food was mouth watering and we had to take some home as left overs. The servings are really more than enough. The atmosphere was also wonderful and we enjoyed the whole afternoon.0 replies

Don't stay at Travel Beach Inn
Travel Beach Inn was the only establishment in Ventura who knew my contact details. The day before I was supposed to book in, I received a message from Ventura with a photo of a decomposing body, demanding money before I end up like that. I know perfectly well it was a ****, but where did they get my contact details, and how am I suppose to go and sleep in an establishment who sent my details to ****mers? Maybe that is how they make their money?0 replies
