Amazing service
At 1st I was sceptical if the company was legit, but when I phoned in one of their consultants were very helful and directed me on what desktop would be fit to use for my business. Their service is friendly, helpful and delivery service was fast and the prices is fair. I would recommend them to anyone for amazing service #114546

Blood boiling
Telkom and Worldwide Advisory is ripping people off by their ridiculous insurance and money making scheme. Headaches and headaches. Once my contract is at it's end, cancellation is better than this F******* joke of a company. Do NOT TAKE INSURANCE!!!! Both parties service is unfriendly and unhelpful.

Excess are ridiculous.
What a money making insurance scheme from Telkom, the excess on the devices are absolutely ridiculous. Rather leave the insurance it's going to work out cheaper without insurance. What a joke.

Bank card is delivered by CCD, but Me (Company owner) cannot sign for my own Debit card, needs to be signed by my employee, if not, they can nominate the owner in order to sign for the business card (DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THAT WORKS) have been struggling 3months to get my company debit card. But they want to prevent *****.

Unacceptable
"How can we help" It's a lie, I have been struggling 3months to get my card, but my driver needs to sign for the card on my company. Never heard of an employee that needs to sign for the card only (Company owner must be nominated in order to sign for your own company card) No effort made in order to prevent *****. This is ridiculous.

Blood boiling service
"How can we help you" is false, they are worried about ***** but allow your employee only to sign for the credit card and refuse to give card to me as company owner....doesn't make sense. Unwilling to help you, it's pathetic. Struggling for more than 2 weeks.

Branch is a joke
Vereeniging branch is an absolute joke, don't answer their phones, does not place order for parts needed. Have excuses if parts is not there for weeks. Hate the place.

What a joke
DON'T waste your time and money on Splashy/Starlight pools. Quality of work is poor, customer service, timely, unprofessional. No wonder they have changed their company name multiple times. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
