I truly appreciated the great advice, attentive assistance, and exceptional after-sales service they offered.
I currently have your Skytrax system which to my understanding is an early warning system. So why did I have to phone you to tell you my bakkie was stolen. Then to top it off you still can't recover my vehicle or find it.... I phoned today and spoke to your complaints department, told them I want an answer by close of business today with answers as too why and a way forward or I go public. Guess what.... no answer... What if my wife and children were in danger?? You didn't answer your phone!! What is the purpose of paying for tracking if you don't recover anyway. Maybe this tracking is a hoax, we pay for a service we don't get. I have all my company vehicles through tracker, paying over R5000 per month and for what? Clearly you don't care about your clients. You advertise most successful recover on the market all over tv and ads, clearly this is false advertising. Maybe everyone should know the type of service you deliver and how you look after clients that have been loyal to you for years.
