DO NOT USE THESE BUILDERS

Chris and Roel from Multi Masons are terrible. They finally finished my braai room after 12 weeks (they said 4 - 6 weeks) and now with this rain we having its leaking terribly!! They do not answer calls or return messages. I have had 2 quotes from other companies and they both say I need to replace the roof beams so all in all looking at about another R20 000!!!!!!! The irony is that Roel is now joined to a company called Pool Boyz and he even forwarded me a whats app picture of the brochure and one of the things that that they do is "waterproofing". I am so disappointed and annoyed! I saved for nearly 3 years for my braai room.
