I regret signing up with this agency. I had moved out on 31 October 2023. They had promised to refund my deposit after 7 days. 7 November 2023 refund and till today 19 January 2024 I haven't received my deposits from them. When I call them they promise to return my call and they asked for the account details twice. The worst part they even asked for my bank statement. I truly regret signing with them.
So on the 19 December, I decided to take my niece to a birthday dinner at Saint “Sandton”. The restaurant is so beautiful and we received a warm welcome from Gugu who was our attendant. The worse happened when Marlton “the assistant manager” approached us about a complaint but the problem was he approached us unmannerly and he made us feel unpleasant. Honestly, after the drama, we had encountered. I wouldn't wanna go back there plus the manager didn't even try to resolve it. Wow, what a way to ruin my niece's birthday dinner...
I received very bad service from AllQuip Hire. I had hired tools and brought them back on time. The sales guy had promised me that I will receive my refund in 3 or 4 days. The 26/09/2022 returned the tools and till today 4/10/2022 I haven't received my refund. Another return was on 28/09/2022 and till now 4/10/2022 I haven't received my money. I called the head office they said I must do them a favor to wait for the accounting lady to return next week Monday. The worst business experience ever.
I just had very bad from PicknPay Mulbarton. I had taken a Little Bee honey 1g which was priced 35.99 on the shelves. As I get to the pay point I was told it's R144.99 and the teller lady had said when this happens customers are given the item at that amount. When assistance manager was called she had said I'm going to manager and as she came back she said manager said I can't take it at that amount. What I didn't appreciate manager and assistance didn't bother to apologize or being polite to assist me. The ladies who notice the mistake said to me they do give other customers the items at that amount because it's stores faults not mine. I'm asking myself the service I was given is because I was undermined or taken to advantage as for my race. Service was very poor from manager..
I was at VW Lindsay Saker in Alberton this afternoon to buy parts, regrettably I’ve received the most disgusting service from Peter Mofokeng who wasn’t willing to assist and give me a proper service. He just wasn’t up to the task of giving service which he was in bridge of the consumer and customer service act hence my efforts to escalate this matter to this platform. He mentioned that I am giving him hard time and there isn’t anything he can do to help me. At that time he ignored me and went to assist another customer without having to atleast
I have experienced the most terrible service from the above mentioned guest, I have made an early reservation for accommodation with them and due to time constrains I was unable to check in on time, so I called to check with them and I was only allowed to check in the next morning which I slept on the streets with my buddies. I then enquired about getting a refund for what I hadn’t enjoyed the service for which I had to forfeit, secondly I wanted to cancel the entire reservation and I was told that I was going to forfeit my entire money but their policy says, “they reserve the right to keep 50% of the money as a cancellation fee”. I have been treated unfairly and I would like to ask for assistance regarding this matter
Once I was there with coins which amount to 3k and they like sent me to Sellby branch because they have limit... About a week or 2 ago I went to deposit coins and I was told 50c in a bag must be r500... So today I take my money there and I was told to go solve my money and come back.. reason being I did 500 in each bag... Total amount is 2500...
