Booking Emergency
What an absolute pleasure to phone Travelstart 's Booking Emergency line tonight and to be assisted by Brianette de Vos! She is a star!! She immediately identified my problem and without hesitation went ahead and assisted me in the most efficient way. My ticket is booked and paid & I am on my way! THANK YOU BRIANETTE!

FNB service is non-existent!
I have received a MoneyGram and because it is Black Friday, nobody can get near the Bank so I tried to transfer the funds to my account via Cell phone Banking (as I did in the past) but there is no MoneyGram option when I select the payments option. On phoning Forex, I was instructed to speak to FNB Cell phone Banking and the call was transferred to Cell phone banking and after having to authenticate myself again the "team member" who answered could not assist me and transferred me to FNB Cell phone Banking. Once again, I had to authenticate myself just to have another "team member" answer the phone and tell me that they cannot help me and transferred me to Cell phone banking. I lost count on how many times I went through the whole process over and over again speaking to different team members and even when I eventually got the DIRECT number for Cell phone banking, they could not could assist me either and said I have to speak to Forex? I have spent more than an hour just to get back to square one!! I sincerely hope there is someone who listens to all the recordings that were made of my calls and give me proper feedback.
