After a decade of using their product and several years of running on a month to month contract i decided to switch to another POS. GAAP tells me that they automatically renewed my contract for another 60 months and i will have to pay to get out of the contract. What GAAP is trying to do is ******* and highly *********. I am looking for Edward Ngwenya of Clearwater Financial Services as he owes me money. I went to the offices that their website says is their current address. I was told that Clearwater has not been a tenant of theirs for about 6 years. They also said a number of other people have been looking for him as he owes money or cars to various people. Edward once showed me photos of a luxury property he said he owned in Gauteng. A recent deed search showed that Edward doesn't own any property in Gauteng. I deeply regret ever having helped Edward Ngwenya.
<p>A month ago WebAfrica terminated my fibre data supply. They did this without any attempt to notify me.</p> <p>WebAfrica had confirmed that they had a debit order to be paid from my account. That they messed this up and never told me is their fault. I assumed it was going off.</p> <p>I paid the outstanding amount, was told i would be reconnected within 30 minutes but I am still not connected. Bithiah Peters seldom responds to emails addressed to her, though she is the person I have been speaking to since the matter started. Seems best to give up on WebAfrica and start anew, with new connection charges. Grrrr </p>
