I'm experiencing terrible service from the customs clearance department. A month has passed and my shipment is still not cleared. My shipment arrived in South Africa on the 22nd December 2017, it is now 17 January 2018. I forwarded all supporting documents to the relevant personnel. Numerous occasions I called in and left multiple messages via telephone calls and emails asking for feedback or for the personnel handling my shipment to call me back, to my dissatisfaction I don't receive updates regarding my shipment. Nobody seems to give appropriate information. The shipment personnel have switch so many times it's frustrating having to deal with new people all the time.
<p>I'm an investor with electio on 11 August 2015 I purchased on of their defence baskets. Now on the 25 July 2017, I received a cessation notice from global electio investments stating that the electio Alternative Investments is unable to undertake any further dealings. I logged onto the investment platform to try and transfer my investment because I want to realise my investment but the system doesn't allow me to do so. I've tried numerous times to contact accounts manager Shaunita Singh to explain; to which my calls get ignored. I tried contacting the electio investment office in South Africa to which I get a voice message stating I should contact their support services. I've contacted their support services via email and still didn't get a response. I'm starting to believe that this investment company is a major scam.</p> <p>I will retract this statement if and when I receive the assistance that I need.</p>
