Excellent Customer Service, Internet and delivery time
I would like to thank Rain for excellent customer service, internet connection and swift delivery. I placed an order for Rain 5G on Saturday (29 May) and had my device delivered and working by Tuesday (1 June). I was continuously updated via SMS on the status of my delivery. Also once the device was delivered it only took 4 hours for the SIM card to be activated and device to be working. Also during this time I had received SMS feedback on when the SIM is activated. The internet speed is fantastic and I really like the month-to-month contract. So far excellent service from Rain, I am very glad that I left Telkom (poor customer service) for Rain. Keep up the great work Rain!!!!

Poor Service (Racist) from Manager Toni
<p>First i must say Toni's pizza is one of my favourite restaurants due to the wonderful food. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was with much disappoint when my wife and i visited the branch in rietfontein for supper and experienced frankly racist service from the owner Toni. As we entered the restuarant we were the second couple to arrive. We are coloureds. Toni greeted and spoke to the white couple who arrived before us. As the evening went on the restuarant started filling and more families arrived (all white people) Toni made an effort to go to each table and greet and speak to the patrons. My wife and i were not acknowledged by her or greeted not once during our 1 hour 15 minute stay. I was very disappointed as i felt by us being the only non-whites at the restuarant we were not worthy of being acknowldged and greeted by the owner while all the white patrons were. Maybe it was an oversight by Toni and she did not notice us but it was not a nice experience.</p>
