She is such a wonderful,caring, efficient, and highly professional lady who fully understands how stressful it is for clients to lose their personal possessions, plus all their important information in such terrible circumstances. <p>The most amazing service from a autobody specialist</p> <p>I would like to complement Renew- it Greenstone for the amazing service I received from their service consultant, Patricia, during the time my vehicle was left in their care, for body repairs.</p> <p>During this period I was constantly updated by SMS, Email and personal phone calls as per the status of the vehicles repair process.</p> <p>It is always an unsettling period of time when you are deprived of your usual mode of transport, and it was wonderfully refreshing to be constantly updated in such a friendly, caring, professional manner.</p> <p>Patricia showed an amazing ability to put clients mind at ease, and was able to give me complete confidence that the finished article would completely align with my expectation of extremely high standards.</p> <p>I was pleasantly surprised when Patricia informed me that the vehicle was amazingly ready for collection within half the original forecast time period.</p> <p>I am a perfectionist and always spend lots of time carefully scrutinizing vehicle body repair work.</p> <p>The standard of body repair work done on the vehicle was absolutely perfect, and the amazing service I received from Renew-it's service consultant, Patricia made the whole process a phenomenal heartwarming experience.</p> <p>Patricia is indeed a very valuable asset and Renew-it Greenstone should cherish her.</p> <p>I must point out that throughout this period I received amazing, caring service from every Renew-it employee that I had contact with.</p> <p>Seems as if real service still exists in South Africa.</p> <p> </p>
