I placed an order, the order was scheduled to be delivered on the 27 May 2026. I then received an email that my replacement order was placed, which i did not do, but was due to damaged items. Majority of the order was to be delivered on the 27th before 17h00. Takealot did not deliver then i received a SMS at 17h00 that my order was delivered at 16h30 and signed by myself. I then called them on the 28th to inform them that the item has not been been delivered. I was informed that they cannot give me a turnaround time for the issue to be resolved but they will try to have feedback by the end of the day. I am now inconvenienced because Takealot drivers deliver parcels and do not confirm if they are delivering to the correct person, and to lie in the sms and say the item was delivered to me by name is very deceiving.

<p>Hi All, </p> <p> </p> <p>ihave an account with RCS for a Game Store card, i sat ont the phone with a consultant that could not explain why my credit availability was far less then its suppose to be, I then requested a Statemnet not once but twice so i can see what is happening on my account and 1 hour later still no statement. </p> <p> </p> <p>she explained that i should take my outstanding balance and divide it by 12, but could not explain how it got to that outstanding balance, she then told me that i should not pay my account in advice that i should only make payments when they are due on the 1st of every month, i then explained that i make an eft pmt by the 7th so it can reflect by the 1st, so i do not pay interest like i was previosly told by another consult. </p> <p> </p> <p>i finally got upset and asked to speak to the supervisor, after requesting to speak to the supervisor a gentleman called Zaheem spoke to me but was not of any assistance aswell. all i need was a explaination and a statement that i have not received since i opened the account. im really disapointed in the service i recieved from the RCS employees.</p>
