<p>I am really dissappointed with the service received by DSTV, every single month i receive an SMS i owe DSTV a lousy R50, the latest SMS came through i owe R71 now which now tells me you are charging me interest. I have explained numerous times what happened and was assured it was a simple error on your side, i have been promised numerous times by the agents they will sort it out and will receive a call from the accounts department and to date no telephone call. I have always paid more than what my subscription is and still i get this level of service. I have eventually given up calling you lousy company who only cares about money and has no customer support service.</p> <p>i am sure you will just read this post and delete it, cos you dont really care. i am really fedup, this is the last month i will use DSTV cos i, like an IDIOT went an paid my account again. Well, ADSL uncapped...here i come.</p> <p> </p> <p>Use it dont use it, i also dont care just like you dont care.</p>
