Excellent service from Nomsa Mvundla
Excellent service from Nomsa Mvundla. She personally called me to follow up regarding my car and made sure I was safe. She was extremely patient, professional, and very detailed in explaining everything. Truly outstanding service .

Negligence
I was issued a prescription by the doctor. I went to this pharmacy to get medication. A week later I do not get better instead became worse upon my follow up with the doctor. The doctor discovered that the medication issued to me was not what she had prescribed, she then called the pharmacy and informed me whom to go to. I get there nothing was done about that, not even an apology. Instead I had to pay for another consultation with the doctor which was not going to be needed have the right medication been issued to me. And still pay for the medication which was initial prescribed. What if something could have happened to my unborn child?

Disturbed
I was very disappointment with the level of response at customer help desk. I bought an item which was on sale and the PnP price label was on top of the expiring date. As I got home I removed the price label only to discover their were past their expiring date, because the prices made me suspicious. Today I go back to return the item. The PnP employee then said, "expiring date does not matter; expiring date is only for liquid items and not solids." It was vey disturbing to hear such reasoning from such a reputable company. I am also wondering how many other items are closed up with a sale price label in the means of profit. What about the health of our people?

ECO Essentials Scam People
I have placed an order in September, no respond at all its December now and nothing. They scam people cause their number don't even go through.
