Am actually writing this 35min into a call waiting to follow up on a cellphone claim that was registered in July, I must say I have never been frustrated by an insurer like these ppl have, never and never again stru will I ever use this insurance again,…
<p>i took my phone in to be serviced , mid march, close to 2 months there was no communication from the store on the progress. Eventually I received an sms indicating that phone will be sent to store within 4days. After a week I go to the store, no phone, then after the network interruption , went back to the store only to be given someone else's phone, with all her private data, videos included. I took the phone back, and was then given what was said to be mine(another device) without a battery and back cover, I had to wait another 3 days to get those , got home phone is not charging, I have been waiting at the store for more than 30min, to return device I don't know what to do next but would love to end my relationship with these people. </p>
