My husband bought me a sliwer necklace with a rose gold plated heart for Christmas (R600). We took it back because after one bath the heart turned black. They replated it for us and said I can bath with it but no perfume. We got it back and one bath later its black again. We went back again and asked for a refund or to take something else for that price. They do not want to help us at all they said no refunds ( please note it doesnt say no refunds on the slip and neither did they tell my husband that at the time) and they do not want to exchange it. They said we should wait for the manager he will be back on Monday. Why should I wait for the manager if the fault is on their side and because of that I did not have a Christmas gift to show off. So much for holiday spirit. Now I am stuck with a necklace of R600 and which looks like I had had it for years.
<p>We have been on the medical aid for 3 months now and heard today that they are refusing our membership. I was admitted to hospital (for something I DID NOT know I had) back in March. First they refused to pay my hospitalization and now they dont want us to be member anymore. Can someone please explain to me why they may do this???</p>
