Beware of Digikix! I paid them for marketing services and got nothing close to what they promised. They never provided campaign reports on time, and when they finally did (only after I showed them how!), it became clear they hadn’t even run a campaign for February. Other months were also short of the work I was paying for. They sell you on big promises but fail to deliver the basics. When the Google Merchant account they set up didn’t work, and I wanted to cancel, they suddenly pulled out a supposed “two-year contract” where they alone had the right to cancel! They even deleted the Google Merchant account I paid for, which is legally my property under South African law. Not only is this unprofessional, but it’s also a clear disregard for consumer rights. Whenever they get caught in their own mess, they shift blame, even going as far as calling any complaints “competitor sabotage.” Meanwhile, they keep calling from their so-called “sister companies,” which, after some digging, turn out to be part of a network of similar operations all with the same directors. I’ll be adding screenshots of these “sister companies” to show exactly what’s going on behind the scenes. If you’re thinking of hiring them, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

After posting a complaint about Vodacom on the 5th of March 2020. I had to go visit the vodacom branch once or twice to hand in documents to prove that the contract was send back and we did not have the phone nor where we using the data as we also did not have the sim. A lot of explaining on our side, i am happy to report in just over 30days (lockdown and weekends included) Vodacom fully refunded us the money that was charged from my husband's bank account. With service like this, if vodacom keeps it up i would definately consider on keeping my own personal account with them and perhaps even a future account. Very happy with how this matter was dealt with and the professional manner that vodacom and they staff at the Oakfields branch assisted us even though the mistake was not made on their side. Thank you again to the honest and loyal employees who are proud of their brand and who do try to make a diffirence :-) say safe, i know some of you are still working as your part of the essential crew who keep our phones online ;-)
Just last night I went though my husband's bank statements to find that he has a debit order from Vodacom coming of his account at the end of each month for the amount of R184.00, knowing that he has no vodacom accounts in his name, we phoned customer care regarding this debit order- thus we where informed that its a contract in my husbands name for a 066 240 1736 number that receives airtime monthly as well as a new device, this contract was "taken" out on 11 April 2018 and we have been paying for it since, my husband recalls a vodacom telesales rep pushing for a sale and a bunch of promises and that's why he accepted the contact, once the device was delivered he received a phone that was not nearly related to the one the telesales member described and sold to him. Therefore Mr CS Ladbrooke made use of the 14day return and cancel policy and send the package back with the courier and not accepting the new contract. Instead of Vodacom canceling the contract they have been illegally debiting my husbands account for almost 2years at the going rate of R184.00 monthly and a total of R4048.00 to date for a contract that we have no sim for and a device (phone) we have no possession of as it was returned with the courier to Vodacom. Now we are told should we wish to cancel the contract we have to wait until the contract comes to an end on 16 April 2020 or alternatively pay for a cancellation fee!! This is utterly outrageous and I must insist on the original money basically stolen from us be be paid back at the full amount of R4048.00 as well as the contract be closed and cancelled at immediate effect with no possible penalties as yet again we declined this contract and asked for it to be cancelled we cant be paying for something we dont own, dont have or for someones mistakes or even desperation for commission.
