Woodford was recommended to me because of the affordable rates and i have never looked back.The service has been up to standard and the ease in pick up and drop off up to so far i am very happy
Really need to work on your customer service We cant log tickets to report faults because you dont clear past tickets.I have reported this nothing was done.i lost hours of work and only asked for 1 simple thing written confirmation of ticket logged still that was a lot for them. Its almost like you dont care about customers but you take time to call and ask if we want our accounts debited. Disappointing service never experienced such
Unhygienic place,flies get into food and their excuse is its because of the sushi and one sitting next to the kitchen.We have been to restaurants before never have i ever had flies fall into my drink and food and be told theres so many flies because of the sushi.Either you not selling fresh food or your kitchen is filthy.The restaurant blocks you on social media when you raise a complaint,the professionalism stinks
Its not easy for Afhco to return someones deposit saying locks need replacing whereas on checklist no locks were damaged.They double charge disregarding proof of payments...Rip people off
Treatment at spar westwood by shop assistant and manager was appalling to say the least.The shop assistant just minutes after i walked in with my trolley and shopping bag inside the trolley she came running behind me went to my trolley asking what i have in my bag.Her tone was so high as if im deaf,and when i asked her what is it that she saw that the security did not see she was loud and rude and when i asked her to speak softly as there was no need to shout she rolled her eyes.i asked fir the manager and she walked away,she just said sorry and upon me going to the security he also just wanted me to quickly let it go and i asked for the manager,who was even worse than the shop assistant he did not bother to greet and ask what the problem was as i was explaining he just shrugeed his shoulders and walked away.For a manager to behave in that manner he should work behind closed doors and not with customer.He was rude and could not care less. There is nothing wrong with checking a customers bag the approach is another issue.They need to be properly trained for such and not treat us so bad as paying customers.
