Worst Courier Company!!

<p>I phoned them to ask if they could pick up my xbox one, because xbox refered me to them so that they could repair the product and return it. The lady that picked up said please hold and then another lady came onto the phone and said to me that if i was holding about xbox please hold and then she ended the call! xbox refered me top that company and they just chase away thier customers!!!</p> <p> </p>
