Zoom fibre horrible service.
Zoom Fibre is the worst it has now been 2 week s still no assistance, They promised to call me but It never happened. This is so frustrating you guys are causing an inconvenience for me and my family yet we paid for service we not receiving. I would advise people to stay the H**l away from ZOOM FIBRE

I have been logging calls on whats app for my Wifi its down. And I am not getting any assistance. Your consultant s are not helping me even when ask them to do follow up they dont. The Technicians were at my street but refusing to help me its been six days with no internet. I am trully disappointed in your service. the way you are treating us as your customers. Your consultant s are even rude I spoke to Gloria she was even worse than the others. Zoom Fiber your services are horrible. Your company should just close down and give room to other ISP s who are willing to work. Disappointed Customer 😠😡

I went to Truworths Vaal mall today and I received excellent service from a lady named Inno, she was so friendly, took her time to listen to me, gave me some suggestions for a product I was looking for. I couldn't find the right size, she went out of her way to find it for me. She s a true Champion.

Zoom fiber is a **** **** ****
It has been over a month since I made my payment and my services have not been activated, I am unable to pick up the wifi. They promised to send thru Technicians to my house but till today we are still waiting. Every time I make a follow up I'm being told stories and excuses. I am so unsatisfied of the treatment I got from zoom fiber. I am a new customer but I already don't want to associate with them just want my refund and will go somewhere else where I can be valued and receive the service I paid for. Zoom Fiber is running a mediocre business. stay away from them,
