LIARS AND THIEVES!!! Never trust builders - Christiaan Wagener & Rudolf Zonnenberg from Kraaifontein and Kuils River area

<p>These builders messed up our place as well. Over promised and under-delivered. They used the cheapest labour possible, by getting uns****ed guys off the road. Nobody was ever on site to manage them. We cancelled the contract after we discovered that they said they did the work which we paid for and after inspecting, it was not done. About R30 000's worth of work was paid for and promised to be completed but never ever done. They were too happy when we canceled the contract... more money for them to steal. When asking for our refund, they promised to do so, but never did.</p> <p>They damaged our property and promised to fix it... obviously a lie!</p> <p>They never answer their calls, yet when we called from an unknown number, Chris's wife answered the phone. We pretended that we were looking for a builder. Chris returned the call immediately, but we purposefully never answered the phone and he called the number about 20 times. It shows how desperate he was to steal a "new client's" money.</p> <p>Whenever we complained to them, they always played the victim, even accusing us of prejudice???? Which is highly impossible, as all we wanted was for them to do the work which they promised.</p> <p>We are disgusted in this bad service and terrible workmanship, and their dishonesty!!! I've never seen anyone lie as much as they do. Even the NHBRC wants nothing to do with them.</p> <p>I highly recommend that nobody uses these builders. They are only out to steal your money to pay themselves out of whatever bad situation they are already in. They do not even pay their workers properly.</p>
