I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Revibe. I purchased a laptop from them and from the moment I received it, it was clear that the device was not in acceptable condition. The laptop had a battery fault, which is something that should have been identified and disclosed before selling the product. I immediately raised a return request, as I was not willing to use a faulty device that I paid a significant amount of money for. It has now been over a month and I am still waiting for my refund. This delay is completely unacceptable. What is even more frustrating is that I never even used the laptop due to its poor condition, yet I am being made to wait endlessly for a resolution. The lack of urgency, communication and accountability from Revibe is very concerning. As a customer I expected a reliable product and efficient after-sales service. Instead I have experienced the opposite. I am requesting that Revibe process my full refund immediately without any further delays. This matter has already taken far too long to resolve. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
<p>i could not believe this bad service .. my father has been with kruger and co lawyers for 4 years they were inve stigating his road accident Claim then they got the offer last year november and they returned the offer to Road Accident Fund, the problem here is that my father Passed away last week wednesday due to a stroke on that side of an accident we went to his lawyers asking for them for aloan so that they can deduct the money when they get it from Road Accident fund Then Mr Kruger said that my father will not get his money cause he is dead is that even possible??"</p>
