Wonderful service and wide variety of items!
What a great online shopping experience. They have such a wide variety of products. One of the items I ordered was out of stock and they immediately reached out asking if I'd like something else or a refund and my refund was processed the same week. Great service!

OUTSTANDING service ALWAYS
I really don't understand all the bad reviews for Takealot.com. I have been ordering from Takealot for years and I am really to scared to calculate my total spendings from Takealot as we order from them very regularly. I have never had ANY issues with Takealot. We have returned many items, we have had orders partially delivered and other parts damaged in transit but they immediately did a replacement order for those items which was delivered promptly. We live in a rural area and we still get AMAZING service! I will forever be ordering from Takealot over and over again. They've got great prices and OUTSTANDING service. Thank you so much, Takealot! You make our lives easier!

Really bad
I am so disappointed. We used to be able to purchase online at Keedo, Poetry and Cape Union Mart with our Cape Union Mart RCS card but recently you can only use your card in-store. We live on a farm and don’t get to shops often so we order online. So frustrated that we can’t shop online with our card anymore, pathetic.

Absolutely superb!!
What wonderful service! Everything was easy and ran smoothly. My items arrived a day early and the quality is superb! Will definitely order from them again and will definitely recommend iKids to everyone.

What an amazing customer service experience I had with Capitec bank. Not such a great experience a few days ago, but THANK YOU Haazim Davids for the incredible service you provided. It's not everyday people will go out of their way to assist you in the best possible way they can, but Haazim did just that! Hats off to you, thank you so much! You restored my faith in Capitec Bank!

Absolutely superb!
I have been with King Price for almost 5 years now. Have always had excellent service with them no matter what the reason for my call or claim! I would most definitely recommend them. Today I had the privilege to talk to Lianka Venter, who was amazing in assisting me with my query without any issues. She is super friendly and efficient! Give that woman a raise and promotion!!! Such a lovely stay
We stayed at the Awali Lodge for a few days just to get away for a bit. We had such a lovely time. The rooms were clean and comfy. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Always GREAT coffee, just had some added attitude
We love Seattle coffee! Always great service and great coffee but we visited Seattle Coffee at Caltex V&A Waterfront today and didn’t have that great experience. The lady who was helping us gave us some attitude and it was just a little misunderstanding, we had a very big order. And there was no ice for Freezes :) But we still received great coffee:)
