Did just like to say that our Sars office is a absolute joke . I've had 2 appointments so far they have been messaging me to come to my taxes but I can't even get into the building . The lady at the door is as dumb a door nail and turned 10 people away in the time that I was standing there . How do u call people in to something so important and we have to take off to do this then turn us away when we get here . It 8oclock now there is not one person in the line but they turning people away . Please can somebody help our country if we can't even pay our taxes without a he'll of a fight we are doomed . Get self help computers to do there job we will be better off . These people are useless
I am very digusted in post net in edenvale victoria lane I sent a package from them to pe that weighed 9kg . The guy charged me R600 When it got to me in port elizabeth i asked the lady why it was so expensive to send It down . She could not tell me why they charged so much but id tell me that i was supposed to pay R179 for 9kg that almost 4x the correct price . You guys are crooks and i will be basting this all over . Also will contact the Ombudsman
Firstly they send a assessor out to you that misses damage on vehicle and does not want to update when informed . 2ndly if they give car hire it should include all costs of vehicle including the access waiver. I am paying my monthly premium and the agreed apon access then I'm told that I must pay more for the insurance of the loan car why I have paid my insurance. Then a hole is put on my card for a full month's insurance on that car that was not refunded. Then a month later I am still fight with the hiring company they force you to use to get ur own money back and they don't care about any of you will just have to deal with it because you need ur insurance. So I have news for you if I do not get help from them or my broker I will be moving my entire portfolio.
This company has said they have a refund turn around time of 5 days on refunds its been 18 days since I contacted them for my refund . They deducted R1050 which is for a full months access waiver . I returned the car after 5 days which comes to R175. I'm owed R875 And I'm still waiting Iv read alot of these about this company and I'm surprised that it's still happens which Means that this fraudulent action is a normal thing and if u don't have the time to check and make a fuss that they will just keep ur money . This thing of holding money on ur credit card is the problem because they feel u have already given them the money so it's fine just to take all of it . I'm really not happy that our insurance just forces this apon us and then leaves us to deal with it on our own . I feel that we are paying our insurance premium and all cost that occur with in that claim should be covered . ( Holland insurance)
Makro staff could learn a thing or two from the other companys that place sales people in store , when i came in i went straight to the outdoor corner was lookong for two items , the lady standing there was on her phone the whole time i must have walked up and down that ile past her about 10 times i even stood right behind her she did not budge only once she heard me on the phone did she react and by that time it was to late ,then i made my way to the vavuum section the salesman there was dancing to music when he saw me he immediatly stopped what he was doing and helped me i even asked him if he was employed by makro or tevo , then i went to the stationary section where i woundered around for a while could not find what i was looking for a makro employee walked into the ile and i thought she would ask me if she could help but nope walked rite past me i stopped her to ask if she knew where the label makers are she said " i dont work in this section but they are in the tv department " i thought wow why did she have to tell me this is not her section , anyway made my way to the tv department where i found the label maker again not exactly knowing what i was looking for at first walked around there not one of the makro staff even looked at me or asked me if i needed help and they where not busy with anything just on there phones trolleys standing everywhere just not worried about anything , i then made my way to the paint section when i got there the guy was sitting on the corner on his phone (lol big shoker ) i asked him if he knw of any non toxic glue i could use he kust replied nope and carried on i walked up and down that ile for about 10 min eventially a guy approached and asked if i needed help wow i left that ile with 4 different types of glue and a paint super dude . So overall i feel the staff at makro really do not appreciate there job or even having a job and most of them dont want to be there , they more interest in whats going on outside and congregating in the iles .
Once again I put in a claim with m- sure and sent all necessary documents and a week later still no feed back . When I got hold of them last week the lady emailed me back and said I would have feed back before the end of business that day I still havnt heard from them . Your guys service is pathetic and i would never advise anyone to use any of there products.
Very disappointed in the quality of food we received management in the place should be sent for training they have no idea what customer service is . We always eat here and the food is usually good but on Saturday we had family from out of town here and was so embarrass. Thinking we taking them for a good meal quickly became a disaster. Of the 12 meals that was ordered maybe one was right . The grilled fish was so dry The steaks were terribly over done one was even sent back twice . The fried fish batter was dark and oily usually because of dirty and burnt oil that causes this . A number of the orders was wrong and a number was sent back . The ****tails where nice the first time then the second time they where different in taste and look like they just poured a glass of juice no decorations nothing . The manager has no idea about customers service when we spoke to him he did not even flinch as if to say these people are complaining about **** he did not even come back and apologize. I will never eat at this place again
I bought a grand chicken burger yesterday same as I always do but this time it was very disappointing. The roll was old and the chicken was dry and hard I barely took two bites . I live quite far from the McDonald's and could not go back . The McDonald's restaurant in port Elizabeth kinako mall very disappointed.
Iv bought a TV from vodacom on black Friday and it's been 14 days already and still no TV. Vodacom said I should contact digital planet to get feed back on the TV because they are the suppliers How can vodacom outsource the integraty of there business to a company that clearly has the worst record iv ever seen according to reviews . Vodacom does not care about the customers and once they have your money they will not help you . Well I will definitely not be supporting a company that does this
This is terrible service why does big companies like vodacom associates themselves with this company it is very bad for there reputation. Iv bought a TV on black Friday but still have not received . I was told very confidently that it takes 5 to 7 days it's now 14days later still no TV . I was told yesterday that stock is coming in and today I get told the TV is on back order so what is it are they coming in stock or back order .
