<p>After paying for my items (granted a small order) 3 weeks later no items. Initially a very helpful assistance by Welona Du Plessis but as soon as I showed frustration at poor service the customer service took a major drop. I emailed and called repeatedly politely informing her of my serious disappointment with the service and my last call to her was absolutely shocking... absusive language and telling me that I was not going to do business with her again anyway so why waste her time. I am shocked they treat clients even small ones in this manner possibly this is the reason the garment industry in Cape Town has declines so much. She even said she cant be dealing with peoples ****!! I dont even speak to my children in this manner let alone a paying customer. NOw the wait to see if Pals clothing returns my money.</p>
<p>I appreciate I was a small customer to a large company but to treat any customer like this is shocking and possibly why the garment industry in cape town is not as succesful as years past. I paid and 3 weeks later no items and when I complained politely by email and call I was told what is the point Im not going to do business again anyway so why waste her time. Welona the lady I was dealing with was sick of people like me's ****! Really we are both so called business women I dont even speak to my children in that manner. I have asked for reimbur*****t no the wait to see if this so called business woman has the decency to return my money.</p>
