I don’t know what’s been happening with this Reycreo subscription I get now and then which I cancel then comes back, don’t even know how it joined in the first place. Please block this from happening in future
<p>We not happy with service received and the more we read reviews by others the more worried we get, for some reason service seems to be slacking alot lately. We have had claims before with no problem but now its totally unacceptable. First sent claim on 13/02/2017 but was not received then resent to Warren on 15/02/2017 was now received and captured on system, phone was collected 20/02/2017 several follow ups done since then but still.no feedback, called and spoke to Lynette promised to call back and nothing happened. Last call 3/03/2017 matter escalated by Jeethen Jaikissoon and still no feedback. Normally feedback is provided and you know what is happening but now nothing at all with claim taking way too long which seems to be the norm lately.</p> <p> </p> <p>From our consultation with Istore there is no approved repairer in South Africa and you lose your guarantee once tempered with so this should be a simple replacement which shouldnt take long instead they just stalling and stalling, insurance blaming pointing finger at repair centre and repair guys pointing back saying they waiting for insurance while we left hanging and sent from pillar to post. Hope this company wakes up before its too late, things seem to be getting worse and really worrying</p>
