Got into an accident, my car was taken to them with the car track. They sold the car, now I have a new car and I need the car track unit. Both I and the insurance have been asking for the contact number of the buyer so car track can uninstall the unit. However, no one is getting back to us. I’m currently driving a car with no car track because you guys refuse to get ahold of the buyer so we can arrange the tracker to get removed. THE WORST EVER. Claimed my 2 pot savings beginning of September and till today I’m still waiting. The response I got was, we have escalated to finance department but they never get back to you. Calling everyday the line is never answered. Hello Peter team is just as useless as the contact center.
Withdrawing the 2 pot savings is a mission. I logged my request on email on the 12th of September, a week later. I called in to check an update and they advised that it will take up to 21 working days. Today marks 25 working days with no money. I’ve been calling them these past couple of days, but they are experiencing “inundated” calls. Even when you try to call at 8am on the dot, you will never get through to the call center. There’s no feedback on emails. WhatsApp is just useless, it’s like I have to beg them to give me my money. I’m disgusted.

I'm very unhappy with how unprofessional the SA branch is. I've written an email and logged an enquiry dispute in September 2023 and I got a feedback in November that the dispute is not in my favour. Now I get another email on the 9th saying they will be investigating the nedbank enquiry again and they will be putting my credit on pause for 20 days. Ive been working so hard on keeping my credit score clean as I'm looking to move now in Feb. These people have decided to put my credit on pause to investigate something they already investigated and there was a feedback. I sent an email on Friday it was not responded to. I've even tried calling a couple of times but it's clear there's no contact center in SA. They take forever to resolve anything, they're *********** and don't know what customer service is.
Why is outsurance on my credit records? I never authorized you guys to be on my credit. Please ensure your name is removed from my credit profile. I've been working hard to clean up my credit score and you guys just decide to do things without my authorization. Please remove it mxm
Why is there an enquiry on my credit? I only tried opening an account(nedbank4me)for my son online and you guys just decided to do a credit enquiry. Please fix that mess this has affected my credit score that I've been working months to fix.
Every month if it's not me, it's my mother going through the worst with these people's billing. I regret taking out a contract with Telkom. In June I called and changed the payment date to the last day of the month, I asked them to change the bank account from capitec to fnb and also asked them to send me the invoices via email. Non of the things I asked was done. Today I check the invoice online they've added 200 rejection fee, I go to Facebook to enquire and I'm told the payment date is still on the 5th. They tried debiting on the 5th and it bounced. I'm very much unhappy because same thing with my mom when she took out the contract in 2019/2020 she asked them to debit on the last day of the month, she's a pensioner and gets paid on the last day of the month. They put the 5th as payment date and every second month she'd pay double plus the rejection fee. At this point I'm convinced that Telkom is a **** and use these rejection fees and wrong payment dates to make extra money.
